Policy Details:
- Validity: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 100 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Products must be mostly unused with at least 95% of the content remaining.
- Processing Time: Requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
- Return Of Payment: payment will be transfer in customer account, after receiving of return product (product should be in good condition).
Special Cases:
Customer Responsibility: Customers must cover delivery charges for exchanges or returns.
- Products must be undamaged and free of leakage.
- No refunds or exchanges for damaged or leaking items.
Exclusions:
- Sale Items: Not eligible for return or exchange.
- Tester Boxes: Not eligible for return or exchange.
