Return and Exchange Policy

Policy Details:

  • Validity: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 100 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Products must be mostly unused with at least 95% of the content remaining.
  • Processing Time: Requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Return Of Payment: payment will be transfer in customer account, after  receiving of return product (product should be in good condition).

Special Cases:

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must cover delivery charges for exchanges or returns.
    • Products must be undamaged and free of leakage.
    • No refunds or exchanges for damaged or leaking items.

Exclusions:

  • Sale Items: Not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Tester Boxes: Not eligible for return or exchange.
